Porovnáni soustav veřejného osvětlení se sodíkovými výbojkami a LED diodami – Část třináctá

Všeobecně při posuzování svítidel se na trhu v České republice vyskytují svítidla, které mají původ v zemích mimo EU. Procentuelně největším výrobcem uvedeného zboží je Čína. Při dovozech těchto výrobků a uvádění na trh je velkým problémem neznalost problematiky ze strany dovozců, kdy čínský výrobce k výrobkům dodává deklarace o shodě výrobku s EU direktivami. Problém, který tímto vzniká, si dovozci neuvědomují.
Výrobce, který sídlí mimo EU, nemůže deklarovat shodu s direktivami EU a tuto povinnost přebírá v plném rozsahu dovozce. Dovozce musí mít kompletní protokoly o zkouškách podle platných norem a dokumentaci pro daný výrobek a až na tomto základě může dovozce napsat do prohlášení o shodě svoji garanci, že výrobek vyhovuje EU direktivám, které se na výrobek vztahují. Pro orientaci uvádíme základní požadavky pro LED svítidla (ze souboru svítidel jsme vybrali svítidla veřejného osvětlení).
Jako nejvhodnější a zároveň nejjednodušší se jeví předložení vhodného certifikátu od kompetentních institucí. ورقة اونو Základní požadavky na bezpečnost svítidel je zajištěna podle norem ČSN EN 605981 a ČSN EN 60598-2-3 (včetně komponentů,
ze kterých je svítidlo vyrobeno). Napájecí zdroj by měl být ověřen podle norem ČSN EN 61347-1 a ČSN EN 61347-2-13; LED modul podle normy ČSN EN 62031. Zda bude svítidlo bezproblémově pracovat v městském prostředí a bude ovlivněno různými rušivými elektromagnetickými vlivy, může výrobce nebo dovozce prokázat zkouškami elektromagnetické kompatibility podle norem: ČSN EN 55015, ČSN EN 61547 a ČSN EN 61000-3-2 (tato norma je aplikovatelná pouze za předpokladu, že svítidlo má příkon nad 25 W).
V případě pochybností či nejasností doporučujeme požadovat od dodavatelů jasné a průkazné dokumenty osvědčující splnění nejen základních požadavků legislativy, ale i kvalitativních parametrů výrobků. ملاكمه K tomu by jim měly pomoci certifikáty akreditovaných zkušeben. panathinaikos اي دوري
